Launch of the Victorian Service Coordination Practice Manual update
The VSCPM update was launched by Anthony Graham, Chair of the Victorian Healthcare Association and Jennifer Gale, Chair, Statewide Primary Care Partnerships Chairs' Executive on 23 October 2009 at the VHA Annual Conference in Melbourne.
