PCP Positioning Paper

The Statewide PCP group have commissioned Professor Rae Walker at LaTrobe University to provide a PCP position report. The final draft report was discussed at the PCP Chairs & EOs meeting on 1 April 2010. The report should be finalised and available for broader discussion with member agencies in mid April 2010.
